Is the reference to "layer & peel" something that exists in Legacy or something that you are thinking would be a nice upgrade to Legacy? I haven't used charting much at all and am very interested in reading all of your comments; including the "off topic" ones relating to your use of other programs. Just because this is a legacy list, doesn't mean that we aren't interested in how it can be used in other applications to enhance our work and present it to others; particularly when Legacy doesn't provide that particular ability. I wouldn't necessarily sign up for a list that discussed the other program that was mentioned because I wouldn't even know it existed except that you mentioned it here; I hope people aren't discouraged from posting enlightening ideas on this group because it is very helpful to 99% of us. For instance, I'm sure the legacy charts & reports are what are being posted in this presentation that was mentioned; why wouldn't the rest of us want to know how to achieve that for our next family reunion?
