Perfect. Thank you for the explanations; I feel like I have a good understanding of the process now and how to work within Legacy's parameters.
As I've "played" with it, I've come across another question. My reports (Ancestor report, for instance) includes blank lines for information that I do not have; I cannot for the life of me find where I can turn that option off. I'm pretty sure I've seen that as an option to turn on and off and I don't seem to be able to locate it through the help index (because I don't know what it's called) I usually do want those blank lines but not always.
