Kathy, In the Publishing Centre select the chapter that has the blank lines for missing information. Click on the Edit Settings for Current Chapter button In the upper left of the report screen is a section titled "Insert Underlines for Missing:" Clear any check boxes you see in that area. Close the report screen.
Repeat the above for each report in the list of chapters that has the blank line problem.
