I tried to Save As my file to my dropbox file so that it could be opened from another place, like my laptop. I got this error message
Error opening database. Could not use 'C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\My Documents\My Dropbox\Legacy backups\all lines.FDB'; file already in use. Would you like to TRY IT AGAIN? I have tried leaving Legacy closed and copying the file in the "data" folder to my dropbox too; my Legacy program will open but won't allow me to click on a person, edit or anything when I do that. I've been adding sources & pictures/documents and have been concerned about problems if my computer crashed. I know I have backups and I can get the data back from a backup but the multimedia files have to be restored using winzip or similar and doesn't put the images back into the Legacy file. I'm wondering what use it is to even add pics & docs (multimedia) into the program if I can't back it up in a way that I can restore it to its original state. Of course, I realize I MUST be doing something wrong here and figure you computer savvy/legacy gurus out there can set me straight. This has been an issue for a very long time for me and I'd love to resolve it.
