Hi, When I load a photo in the Picture Gallery, the "Description" field is populated with the "Windows Photo Gallery Caption" that I previously entered in Windows Photo Gallery (specifically the contents of the EXIF metadata field "Image Description").
The other two Legacy fields "Caption" and "Date" need to be entered manually. I am trying to determine if that is the expected behavior (i.e. Legacy never tries to populate these fields from data in the picture file), or whether I am not populating the fields that Legacy requires in my multimedia management program (currently Photo Gallery). Has anyone seen Legacy fill in these two fields automatically, or in your experience do they always require manual input? The Help file suggests that all three fields need to be manually input, it makes no mention of even the description field importing data from the picture file. Thanks for your assistance.
