A: I'm not sure I understand your question, but: A Source is a document (usually) from which you get information, such as a book, a census, etc. You can set your Master Sources up in several different ways, but an example might be a book as your Master Source and the page number in the book as the Source Detail. When you enter the Source Detail, you will see a tab labeled Text/Comment. You can use this tab (or not) to enter the exact wording from the book, and any comment about the book that you might want to make. A citation is the footnote or endnote that results from the Master Source, Source Detail, and Text/Comments you enter, like "Larry Porter, Descendants of Andrew Sheets of Holmes Co., OH with some related families (Bryant, Arkansas: privately published, 1995), p. 6; Mr. Porter was a descendant of Flora Belle Sheets and James Hults." >Where are they all located and what does each one do?
