Ron: My method was to export to a flash drive. I originally thought that my files were one large file with my surname and all entries were listed under my name. Apparently that is incorrect.
I then transferred each surname file to flash drive. The machine that I want to transfer to is Win 7 and does not see the files. When I open the drive I do not see the files listed. On the left side of the screen under computer etc. I see the files listed as PM.zip and PM-mult--.zip. I am not sure of what process to use to transfer files to the Win 7 machine at this point. The process has nothing to do with Legacy; copying a file to a flash drive is a Windows operation. I tried to export files to a flash drive from Ver. 7.0.0.xx. Legacy would not allow it. I was able to export a file to a flash drive in the most current version. I was hoping to try the IntelliShare method mentioned by Jim. I have an older version of Legacy on another computer and I have not yet tried to export and then merge files. Has anyone had this problem and found a fix? I now understand my wife's distaste for computers, wonderful when they work the way we want them...
