Derek, I have a new Acer notebook that I've installed my Legacy files & program onto, and it is running Windows 7 Starter Edition. I have not noticed anything out of line yet, but I haven't done much with it, other than to sync files via Dropbox.
Where, in particular, is there a problem? I will try to replicate whatever you are doing & see if it happens to me.
