I have to say this is unintuitive, but you gave me a clue to get to my goal. I had to go in and set the partners to "Invisible" to prevent them from being listed on the Family Group sheet.
So what does marking a marriage as Private mean in terms of reporting? And why would there be an override in the report options saying "Include private marriages"?
