With respect, Bob, the question which you have now defined, is quite different from your original question.
I don't think it is possible to add it globally to the Detailed Source, as these are designed to be personal, even though some/all of the details may be common to a number of individuals. However, if the Master Source is only used by that group of individuals you can add the image to the Master Source; View>Master Lists>Source>Edit.
