With respect, Bob, the question which you have now defined, is quite
different from your original question.

I don't think it is possible to add it globally to the Detailed Source, as
these are designed to be personal, even though some/all of the details may
be common to a number of individuals. However, if the Master Source is only
used by that group of individuals you can add the image to the Master
Source; View>Master Lists>Source>Edit.

Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] CORRECTING DATA

Ron - I've tried a number of search and replace features, but am unable to
do what I would like. Suppose I have an event that involves 100 people, how
can I add a digitized file to one of the persons as multimedia and change
that event for all those in the group? I can add the multimedia item to a
person's event, copy it and proceed to another of the 100 persons (using the
RIN/MRIN obtained after preparing a report and looking for all those with
the File ID), edit each of those RIN/MRIN's noted with that event and
replace it. I am unable to figure out how to do the search and replace that
would do the same tihing for a group and seem to have to resort to accessing
each RIN/MRIN in the package. Any suggestiosn?
