Ron - Thanks - sorry my question wasn't as clear as I had hoped. I was
concentrating on changes to the Detail data for a picture and went awry in my
thinking. I neglected to consider the Master Source change you suggested.
I've experimented with about a dozen Master List sources, changing them to add
as a 'picture' the digitized source document, saved it, selected 'change
all....'. Worked like a charm and the others with this change now have the
data I wanted. It precludes having to go to each person to make the change.
Just altering a small part of the master source causes it to ask if you wan
tall of the users data dahnged. Now to start over with one of my saved files
rather than try to correct the ones I had already done. Lots of work ahead.....

Thanks again.

Bob
