I enter the census page information as an event for each individual covered in that particular census; I use the event clipboard to quickly copy the same information to the next family member and then add information or highlight as needed.
Now I'm working on adding the actual census images to my Legacy file. I've started just adding the image to the Event only on the "head" of the household for that particular census. Two questions 1- If I were to add the image of the census page to each individual that it covered, would that cause all sorts of "overkill" when trying to print out reports that include multi-media? 2- If I were to add a new census event and include the image right away, when I copy it to the Event clipboard, will the image go along with it? 3- Is there a better way that you find works well? I haven't messed with the multimedia until now and have just saved it in file folders and am now going folder by folder adding to my database. Thanks.
