If you move files onced they've been linked, you'll see a "question
mark" icon in place of the thumbnail.  Clicking on that icon will
bring up a Find File window and allow you to relink the file(s)

To get a report of all your multimedia files, go to View > Scrapbook
and click on the Print Multimedia List button.
