Hi Scott, > I have 30 or so individuals who are all buried in the same cemetery. > Is there a way to mass edit the burial address for all 30 at once? >
Yes, there is. :-) If you have the cemetery in the Location field, go to the Master Location List - you can access this via the icon at the top of the screen (if you have it there*), or View > Master Lists > Location. Find the location you want to alter, click on the Edit button and make your changes. If you have the cemetery in the address field you can access it the same way as the second method above - View > Master Lists > Address Lists > Event. Select the one you want to alter, click on the Edit button, and make your changes. There are also Mailing List and Repository address lists here that you can also edit if needed. * the icons at the top of the window are customisable. Right-click anywhere in that line of icons (on an icon or in empty space) and the Customise Main Toolbar window will appear. Drag and drop icons as you please to select the ones you want and put them in the order you want them. Hope this helps. :-) Kind Regards, Wendy Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
