Presuming you actually mean edit an existing address (rather than add the address to 30 people's Burial Event) it is easy to do. Where did you enter the address you want to edit - in the Location field or in the Burial Address field? If it's a Location, open the View menu and select Master Lists>Location and edit the address there. If it's a Burial Address you need View>Master Lists>Address Lists>Event... If, in fact you want to add the same address to 30 people you don't actually need to type it in 30 times, having done it once you can select it from the list.
