I asked the same question a while ago. I wanted to change the "initial"
selection of a Source Writer template (that generates the fields), to another
initial source writer template, as I discovered a much better template than
originally selected. The answer seemed to be that was not possible. Even an
Ltool would not be possible, because a secret Legacy password would have to be
used to do so.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Changing a Source Writer Source

I ran across another question that some of you can likely answer. I
found out that I need to change a source writer source in which I used
the one that creates the line: "Personal knowledge of John Doe" to
something more specific. How can I go back into a source writer
source, from the very beginning of the process, to make needed changes?
Of course, that would be easier than to create a brand new source since
there are quite a few individuals already linked. I don't know of a
way to get back to the very beginning within an already created source,
created with source writer. Thanks, --Jerry
