Have you looked at the Detailed Search option? It will, for example, give you a list of people whose Child Status is marked as Twin which you can then Print or save as a CSV or PDF file. And, if you know which fields you have used to enter the other attributes, this feature will also give you what you want, I think.
You can combine the Detailed Search with Tagging and have great flexibility.
