The problem with not doing an automatic save is when a new person uses Legacy and does hours of work entering and editing his family data. Then he clicks "X". Imagine the uproar Millennia would receive if he lost all that work. No, they will not make backups, no matter how much we veterans plead them to. I am for being consistent with other Microsoft programs, but I am for preserving data *more*.
