Robert,

As an aside, Legacy writes your work to the database all the while you
are entering it. It does NOT save it all at the end when you exit. For
example, when you add a new individual and click Save, the database gets
updated immediately. If Legacy were to then crash before you exited, the
new individual would still be there when you restarted Legacy.
