When printing a Family Group Record report for a couple, the endnote indexes (the numeric superscript designating the appropriate endnote) are missing from my report. Here's what I've done:
For the wife, I have different source citations for the birth, death, and burial events. In the "Details" of each citation, the "Include this Citation on Reports" is checked ON for all the citations. In the "Sources" tab of the Report Options, "Print source citations" is checked ON. The behavior I expect is for endnote indexes to appear after the birth date, death date and burial date. However, there are none. There are none on the wife's name either. What's strange is that if I have a source citation on the "Unspecififed event" event, then I do indeed get an endnote index printed at the end of the wife's name. I could have sworn this used to work, but it has been a couple years since I tried to do this. Am I missing the obvious again? I've perused the Help File, but to no avail.
