Thanks for the replies, Some of my documents,census records downloaded from Acom are almost 2MB in size, don't know why they are saved that large. I do backup to an external drive already,in my "I" drive. So my "master"copies are there.
My documents linked to Legacy are on my "C" drive. If I resize all the linked scans,will it be difficult to read upon opening the document in Legacy?
