In some cases, I have the same image attached to multiple individuals and/or marriages. When I included a scrapbook in a book I'm creating via the Publishing Center, this causes the same image to be included multiple times. I do not want this behavior, besides the fact duplicates make no sense at all here, it causes bloat in my report. A 103 page document is 150MB due to all the images. What to do?
I do notice there is an option to print only tagged images, but this is not what I desire. If I wish to print only for John Doe, I want all of his images. And if I want a different report only for Jane Doe, then I want all of her images. If however, I want a report that includes them both, I still want all of their images, but only once. The point being that there are just too many people to mess with tags every time I wish to make a report. (Unless you know of an easy way to do this). Also, why can I not save a Publishing Center book in rtf format? Unless I'm missing something, I only get a Print or Preview option for the dialog, and then can only save as PDF from the Preview. If I click print, it's sent directly to my printer w/o any dialog to prompt for which printer or saving to other formats. Have I missed some options somewhere (probably right in front of my face)?
