I am using Version 7.4.0.45 Deluxe Version. My operating system is Vista 32-bit.
I have been a Legacy user since version 2 and have not had any serious problems. Suddenly, I am getting error 5 (run-time error). This happens when I try source a birthdate, etc. I have deleted the .usr files as instructed. Did not correct the problem. I uninstalled the program and started over. Did not correct the problem. I googled an error 5 and it indicated that it was a registry problem. I ran a registry program by Glary Utilities. Did not correct the problem. I went to the e-mail archives and found that this problem was happening about a year ago and that it was corrected with an update. Any help would be appreciated.
