I am using Version 7.4.0.45 Deluxe Version. My operating system is Vista 32-bit.
I have been a user of Legacy since Legacy 2 and never had any real problems. First I started getting an error 5 message. I posted to this board and never received any replies. I was getting this message when I tried to attach a source to an event. Fortunately, I had a good backup and when I restored the problem went away. Then when I tried to create a potential problems report, I got an error 3260. Never had this happen before. Read the error messages and solved this problem. But it means I have to change the surnames from upper case to lower case which I didn't have to do previously When I run the potential problems report, I now have many potential problems. I am sure most of these problems were excluded by me previously. My data base includes many Acadians and there are hundreds of couples with the same surname marrying. These are now showing in the potential problems report. I don't remember excluding these one couple at a time. Is there some way to exclude them in mass. Any help would be appreciated.
