Joshua (and others) This has been a very active topic lately on the forum and I may be able to send you some past emails if you want but here is the bottom line:
1. The FamilySearch integration built into Legacy is for the NEW FamilySearch site which is at www.new.familysearch.org 2. The NEW FamilySearch is open ONLY to LDS members at this time 3. It has been announced that version 7.5 will be released on 17 Jan 2011 - However, that will not change the fact that new.familysearch.org is not yet open to the public 4. I have not seen or heard anything about when new.familysearch.org will be open to the public. So, for now you can use the 'regular' familysearch.org site and take advantage of all that it has to offer but you (and I and probably most of us) will have to wait until the NEW FamilySearch is open to the public before we can take advantage of the integration built in to Legacy.
