Have you changed the size of the Window where Legacy is opened?

The font size used on the Legacy screen is based on the overall height
of the window that Legacy occupies. Just changing to a larger monitor
will not itself change the font size in the Legacy window. To get the
largest font size for your 23" monitor stretch the Legacy window so it
fills the monitor from top to bottom. It does not have to be full width.
