Jenny, Your efforts confirm the results which I obtained. As I understand Kirsten's problem, she is saying that the source number for the individuals' names are the same, whilst those for the marriage is different. This only my interpretation though; Kirsten says that the source citation appears twice, for the name and marriage details, and as far as I can see this can only happen if they have different reference numbers.

I've rather lost the plot here! Where is the duplication of Source appearing? I have just done a Descendant Book Report for a married couple with the same (identical) Citation for the husband's name, wife's name and the marriage. On the Report those three items have the superscript 3 and the correct Citation appears as number 3 in the Source list, once only. But am I looking in the wrong place? -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
