Thank you very much Laird!
I didn't select anything and it defaulted to "renumber".
I just tested with "Try to keep RINs", and it looks a lot better.
I've tried to be very careful in the past to NOT renumber but, actually,
this was the first time I had to export entirely to a new Legacy file.
