We need a lot more info from you in order to help you such as: Which version of Windows do you have? If you have Windows 7 or Windows Vista, is Legacy installed as per the instructions on our website at www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/helpWindows7andVista.asp? Is this repeatable? What type of printer setup do you have? Do you have a networked printer or is it directly plugged in to your computer or do you not have a printer available at all? Did you update Legacy v7.4 or did you uninstall and do a new install of 7.5?
