There is no way to make a single AKA private or otherwise hide it that I
can see.

What you could do is make a copy of your file, make alterations to it in
order to make the data appear as you want on the web pages (such as
deleting that one AKA you don't want showing), and then generate the web
pages from that file.  Your original file will remain untouched, but
your web pages will be as you want them.  Might pay to make notes
somewhere about the alterations, so you can repeat them on a new file
later on when you've got data to add.
