I use Dropbox as well and really like it. I have a laptop and a desktop
and really like to be able to access the most current version of my database
at will on either computer. http://www.dropbox.com/

As Ron said it is best to remember to not have the Legacy database open on
two computers at the same time, but really that isn't too hard. It is also
a form of offsite backup and is excellent for file sharing.
