One more comment on this subject. I have been using Legacy on the
computers at the SLC Family History Library for about two years after
having made sure it was ok. Every night anything that a user has added
is removed from the computers automatically. I don't know about the
individual branch libraries. I am expecting soon to see Legacy
installed on the computers which will be nice. I do use my cust
number, but these times are normally until the close of the library. I
guess I should be sure to remove if am doing earlier in the day.

Happy searching,

Charlotte

That's fine if the owner of the computer will allow you to install a
program on it. Not everyone will, especially at a library or other
public computer.

Of course, one should *never* use their customer number in Legacy on a
computer that's not theirs!

Please make sure if you're installing Legacy on a Windows Vista or
Windows 7 computer that you install it to the default c:\Legacy folder
per the instructions at
www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/helpWindows7andVista.asp. Otherwise you could
run into problems with Legacy not running correctly.

Sherry
