I'm sure I must have accidentally done something , but I don't know how to correct this -
On the individual Information screen I have lost the icons for adding notes, sources etc. They are just straight lines. Added was a To Do icon and an LDS temple icon, I am fairly sure these were not there before. Hope someone can help. Thank you in advance.
