With Legacy closed, go to the c:\Legacy folder and delete the Legacy2.usr file.
When you reopen Legacy, the usr file will be recreated and your shortcuts will be restored. The icons on that view (which can't be changed, BTW) are AKA, Addresses, Notes, Sources, Picture Gallery, Calendar, To-Do List, and Temple. You probably just noticed the two because they were the only ones there.....
