Probably because you deleted them from outside Legacy and Legacy doesn't know you've deleted them. (I'm assuming that Legacy compiles the list by adding a new filename each time, not by looking for all the filenames each time you access it.) I just deleted a file from within that window and it no longer appeared in the list. > > How can I get rid of them? Try saving another Search with the same filename. Then delete it *from within Legacy* using Mike's method. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
