Jenny and Dennis - Thanks for the info - I had not tried to open an .fdb file, 
and you are right - it worked just great.

Now - Table  tblSX is the one I am interested in using since it contains the 
two subject columns.  If I have a filing ID assigned to my sources, why isn't 
it showing in the FilingRef column? It used to appear in older versions of 
Legacy, so I wonder if there is something I have done to omit the data.
