Dennis - Disregard my issue for the time being. I confused myself in tryimg to set up a book narrative and eliminate the 'File ID' double entry from appearing in my end notes.
I use the 'Basic System' for sources and the table I should have been asking the question about was tblSR. In re-visiting the issue this is the correct table and contains the data I was confused about - the system is workiing as designed - this researcher confused himself - sorry. I had all this data in an obscure note I wrote to myself a long time ago and just ran across it. I need to work on my own filing system! :-) Thanks folks for the replies and help. Bob ---- "Dennis M.
