GenealogyBank.com did a “free” lookup for me and said they got 35 hits as if to indicate they might have something. I’ve gotten more on other sites and none of those hits were applicable so I’m not going to fall for that line. Is GenealogyBank associated with WorldVitalRecords?
He said they have a genealogist on their staff with over 40 years of experience and you get his/her services for free if you subscribe. I told him what good would that be if the information is just not available. I know how to research myself so what do I need a genealogist researcher for if the information I need was burned in a fire two hundred years ago. My ancestors were at the front of the line burning those records because there is nothing available. They got upset when I told them that most of their links were from FREE sites.
