Barbara, You received great advice from Wendy...but you really should repost including your operating system and what version of Legacy you are having...maybe Tech will have an explanation...or you could go to Legacy and look at the trouble shooting issues that are listed. There is also an option to email Tech Support with particulars of your problem. Curious...does the program also freeze when you click on the drop down list of brothers and sisters? (Second icon from the left.)
