Barbara, Click on the "Legacy Home" tab (it is located to the left of the Family Tab. You will see on the left "Support"...go to "Online Troubleshooting Help" If you do not find anything which pertains to your problem, in the "introduction" area at the top of that page is a "Click here" for contact information.
