Moe, first you need to set the preferences for this list to send in plain text please so we can delete all the links at the end of the messages without deleting your original post. second: after you changed the indicators did you remember to save the options? After you set that then you also have to go into Tools>Set Direct Line to Preferred then check to see if they are bold. Russ

In "Child List Indicators" I selected to "Indicate direct-line children in lists (Bold)" It does not appear in bold. The "Indicate Preferred Children in Child List (*)" is working. I just installed on Win7 64 Bit. To be honest, I don't know if the Bold option was working on the old system.
