Can you please clarify point (3)? Where exactly are you seeing the text? If
I look at Source Text in the Source Detail screen then bold shows up as bold
and not with the coding - for consistency I think it should show the coding
btw.. Except that using «a.........»mysite«/a» in the Repository does show
the coding.

I was seeing the text "<b> blah blah blah </b>" in the actual Notes field.

My latest update.

1. I still don't know how this happened. I've got a few suspicions but
haven't been able to prove anything yet.
2. I've converted all of the "<b,i,u,sup>" text to actual internal
formatting codes (0x0171 b,i,u,sup 0x0187) in my fdb file. This seems
to have correct most of my text fields (at least all of my event Notes
field).
3. One thing it didn't correct was the "Text of Source" fields in my
sources. I would have thought those would have appeared as text in the
fdb file but apparently not. Maybe sources are encryped or something.
Any ideas on this one?
