Thanks, yes that works and I will certainly use it, but personally I like
columns, gives me an area to write notes etc., and a little easier to check if
I have tombstone photo or not.

What I would suggest is to go to View > Master Lists > Location > Options > (I
untag all records) select the cemeteries you want to include and then tag them
> Print > Location Report > (there will be a pop up screen) on the Include Tab
select only tagged locations and Master Locations and who uses them, on the
Options Tab select everything that you want to include. Click the preview to
see if it is what you want and if so click Print.

I, too would like that type of report, I've generated a report using the
Search/Find/Burial Place/name of Cemetery, it's helpful, has Surname, Given
names then 2nd column with male or female., but I'd really like to have the
dates of birth & death. I've used it to manually check to see if I have the
tombstone photo, if so I place a check mark there. I have mine listed with
spouses so this helps.

Hello All,

I have a question about generating lists, outside of the reports, from Legacy
Family Tree software.

I am planning a trip back to my hometown in about a week, 4/16/2011. I am
planning to visit several cemeteries where I have relatives buried. I want to
get pictures of their tombstones.

Here is my question. Is there a way to generate a list by town/cemetery of
anyone associated with that cemetery. My list should contain the following
information:
City/Town name
Cemetery name
Person's First Name
Person's Last name (Maiden name for the ladies)
Female's Married Last name (Husband's Last name)
Birth date
Death date

This will make it easy to visit all of the cemeteries, for each city/town, on my

list and find all inhabitants. I have sometimes overlooked markers because a
female relative will not have her maiden name listed. This is also true of
children of female relatives since the children will have the husbands last
name.

I know that Legacy Family Tree uses an MS Access database or Access style DB. I

have looked over the DB but the field names are not coded so they can easily be
identified.

Has anyone done this before and have a solution? If so, would you mind sharing
your info. For me, it is crunch time.

Thanks a million everyone.
