Thank you  .... I had tried searching with some variation of a
two-step search but somehow I wasn't quite getting it ... what did
work was as suggested - search first for the event, tag them, then a
new search for those who died in the county and are not tagged. I
think I had tried this but checked search within search results and
that did not work.
