I always use Comic Sans MS for all things in Legacy – need to change each part
for reports etc individually – messy – but only need to do it once

Why – it looks good

Maybe Legacy should have an option to change all fonts with 1 click –if not
already present

Subject: [LegacyUG] Recommended Font type & Size

This is my first day with Legacy User Group so if this question has already
been asked, and answered, please bear with me.

(1) Default font type seems to be Arial and Time Roman. Is there a "better"
font for ease of reading and less eye strain, such as Verdana?

(2) I see three screen fonts that I can change: data, labels and notes. Yet
when I change font size from default value of 6 to 8, it seems that all fields
in these screens do not change. I see changes in the Family screen but the
"Individual Information screen" values of born / died / burial dates & places
don't seem to change. That screen has different font size for the cell labels
and cell values, and I think that lends itself to eye strain.

I sure would appreciate your thoughts and comments

Thanks and best regards

Dave Thompson - a very satisfied and happy user of Legacy version 7.5.0.74
