Barbara, If all you want is just your spouse's line in the file then just unlink your self from your spouse. Then create a new empty legacy file, then open a split screen window, when it asks if you want to open another file in the new window then pick the file that you just unlinked your self in. Make sure you have created a backup of the old file first then find your spouse and then drag him to the new file and you then should have a file with just his lineage in the file. If you need to find out more on this just look in the Legacy help files on splitting your database. Russ Strong

Or, did you mean to remove you and your descendants from the tree?
