Russ & Kay, If you arrange for the location to sort from right to left and have the data written as is the convention for your country, or the individual location they will appear in the Location List in a way that makes it extremely easy to find any single location - without using that valueless comma!

That way they will sort properly. Hope that helps. Is there a recommended way of dealing with the no 'County' problem? Regards, Kay Williams on the beautiful NSW Central Coast Just remember, unless locations are in the format of city, county, state, country (or any other four places), the options in the Master Location List > Expand/Contract Location Parts (which includes adding the country to the end of a location) wiil *not* work correctly. Sorts in the Master Location List can also get messed up unless each location is formatted exactly the same..... Do you have a GPS to locate the gravestones? Bing's definitely not going to have those gravestones coded in their database!
