I keep my sources in binders, categorized by family line. I add them in chronologically, and assign them the family code and the next unused number (for example H85). In the screen "Add A New Master Source" there is a box to input File ID. This is where I write the code. I would like this code to appear with the source citation. I have checked off "include this code in master source citation and include this code in source citation" but it does not appear when I print out a Descendent Report. I really need this File ID to appear in my reports. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong, or alternatively, a better place to put the ID? I learn so much from reading these threads!
