I haven't seen any complaints posted, just that they have received their access permissions. If anyone is interested, they should go to the website and fill out the survey and wait to be contacted. We posted a link on this group a few weeks ago that goes directly to the survey page. If anyone can't find it by going to the NFS website (www.new.familysearch.org <http://www.new.familysearch.org/> ) email me privately and I'll look up the old email and forward it.
