Those are files that store information associated with your family file
(*.fdb) some of them are internal housekeeping and others record
essential information such as relationships calculated by set
relationships. I do not recommend that you remove any of those files.
Even if they are not essential to operation of Legacy they will likely
be recreated again when you use the function in Legacy that needs that file.
